KHOZEMA PALANPURWALA – MD FAAP
He did his residency at University of Illinois. His career concentration of over 14 years in Primary Care Pediatric Medicine earns him a great respect in the Northwest Houston community.
He is Board-Certified and a Diplomat of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He has hospital privileges at Tomball Regional Hospital, Cypress Fairbanks Medical Center, and the Methodist Hospital at Willowbrook. Dr. Palanpurwala has a great understanding of parenting issues and provides family health care solutions.
MYTHILI RANGAN – MD FAAP
Dr. Rangan received her medical education from Kilpauk Medical College in India and graduated in 1976. Her love for children leads her to pursue pediatric internship and residency training from Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center in New York. Since then she has been practicing Primary Pediatric Medicine. She is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Rangan has been in pediatric medicine since 1981 in Houston and lives with the husband who is a physician. She is a proud mother of twin boys who fill all the joy in her life. She strongly believes in preventive care medicine and is an excellent patient/parent educator. Dr. Rangan has been associated with Pediatric Healthcare of Northwest Houston since 2001.
HAIYEN T LE – MD FAAP
Dr. Le, graduated from University of Texas Medical School, Houston in 1997. She brings with her a rich experience in Primary Care Pediatric Medicine from her residency at University of Texas Health Science Center. Dr. Le is a Board Certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. She joined Pediatric Healthcare of Northwest Houston, P.A. in 2003 and has seen newborns reaching adolescent stage under her professional medical care. Dr. Le has privileges at Cyfair Hospital and the Methodist Hospital at Willowbrook. She has special interest in newborns, breastfeeding. Dr. Le has 5 children and she is also fluent in Vietnamese.
KIMBERLY D. LAZARUS – MD FAAP
Dr. Lazarus, has been practicing as a Primary Care Pediatrician in the Houston area since 2006. She majored in Biomedical Science for her undergraduate studies at Texas A&M University and earned her Doctor of Medicine from Baylor College of Medicine in Houston, Texas. Dr. Lazarus loves working with children and enjoys teaching parents about preventive medical care and healthy growth plans.
AFROZA BEGUM – MD FAAP
Dr. Begum, is a Board Certified Pediatrician and has been practicing in Pediatrics for more than a decade. She is a graduate of Dhaka Medical College, Bangladesh and has completed her residency program in Pediatrics & Medicine from New York Medical College, NY. She also completed her internship in Pediatrics at the Lincoln Medical and Mental Health Center. Dr. Begum is associated with Pediatric Healthcare of Northwest Houston, P. A. since 2012. Dr. Begum has affiliations in hospitals in The Woodlands/Conroe area. She keeps herself well-informed with latest knowledge on Healthcare issues and has also been a co-author of number of publications on healthcare topics.
JUAN OSCAR CHUY – MD FAAP
Dr. Chuy is a medical graduate from the Universidad de San Carlos de Guatemala in 1992. He completed his residency program at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he also served as Chief Resident and later did a Fellowship in General Academic Pediatrics. He is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. He is interested in providing the best care for the pediatric population with emphasis on education and preventive care. Dr Chuy is fluent in Spanish.
JENNIFER UZZELL – RN MSN CPNP
Ms Uzzell, was a Neonatal ICU nurse for many years before completing her Masters in Pediatrics in 2001 at Texas Woman’s University in Dallas, Texas. She is a Certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner and a member of the National Association of Pediatric Nurse Practitioners. She has a passion for parent and patient education, breastfeeding, and nutritional counseling. When not working, Jennifer is homeschooling her 7 children, traveling the globe, at the soccer field or baking bread. She also writes articles for pediatric publications.
MIJEONG PARK – RN MSN CPNP
Ms Park, completed her education as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in 2014 from the University of Texas at El Paso. She has been practicing as a PNP since 2015. Prior to her role as a PNP she was a nurse at a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in El Paso for 5 years. She is still new in Houston, moving here in 2017 with her husband and daughter from North Carolina. She approaches healthcare with a patient first mindset and prevention care through evidence-based research practice in mind. In her free time she loves to travel and explore, whether it is far away or even local as the Houston area has much to offer.
